Our Story, Passion & Global Assistance
GLCS was founded by Ali, Principal Consultant, who brings nearly 30 years of hands-on Lean and Quality experience - highlighted by 7 years as HOS Site Leader at Honeywell, where he led the first Honeywell joint venture to sustain HOS Bronze Accreditation, went on to achieve HOS Silver, and trained a second Honeywell site to Bronze accreditation in just 11 months.
Earlier in his career, as Group QA Coordinator in Doha, Ali helped 13 group companies pioneer ISO 9001 certification in Qatar, and has managed quality assurance for automotive-supply-chain clients including Honda, Toyota, Suzuki, and Yamaha.
Rather than applying generic frameworks, we build systems that fit how your business actually operates - practical, sustainable, and improving continuously, drawing on Lean/TPS (Toyota Production System), 5S, and Kaizen applied hands-on across real operating environments.
